Diwali Competition Rangoli, Potluck and Bndarwal Making Rules

Hello everyone here is some rules for office Diwali competition. Hope you will like Diwali festival activities.
Diwali celebration at office

Diwali Rangoli Making Rules:

  1. The theme of Rangoli is Diwali
  2. Rangoli art should be of 1 ft x 1 ft. (and can have a maximum of 6 inches border)
  3. Only dry Rangoli colors can be used for making Rangoli.
  4. A limited quantity of Four basic colors will be provided.
  5. The participants will not be allowed to use stencils, etc. for preparing Rangoli.
  6. Any act of indiscipline by participants calls for disqualification of the team, from the activity.

Rules Diwali Bndarwal Making:

  • Only waste materials should be used.
  • Make sure you do not mess up the floor, walls or furniture with colors, adhesives or any other material.
  • Avoid using too much of liquids.
  • Any act of indiscipline by participants calls for disqualification of the team, from the activity.
*Rangoli and Bandarwal Making would be a combined activity.

Diwali Office Decoration Rules:

  1. Each participating team can choose their own “Diwali theme” of choice.
  2. Participating team must decorate their area with – cloth, Paper, Decorative lights and waste material.
  3. Use removable adhesives in decorating (no nails, no staples, and no duct tape). Anything that can destroy the paint or furniture should not be used, strictly.
  4. Every team will be allotted with an area for the decoration.
  5. Be mindful of fire safety issues when decorating, i.e. don’t hang crepe paper streamers or any other thing from the sprinklers.
  6. Use of recycled materials is encouraged.
  7. Any act of indiscipline by participants calls for disqualification of the team, from the activity.

Potluck Competition Rules for Deepavali Celebration:

1. The theme for the potluck is “Fest O Feast”
2. The team will have to prepare 4 course meal that will be as follows:
  • 1 Drink
  • 1 Starter
  • 1 Main Course
  • 1 Dessert
3. Each participating team is required to prepare dishes in the allotted time only.
4. The presentation has extra marks.
5. The candidates will have to show the video of the dish he/she has prepared (if prepared at home), to finally qualify as the winner.

*Potluck and Decoration would be a combined activity.
